I found the reception staff very friendly. the front desk team was cute and always smiling. i am charmed by the thoroughness of the housekeeping staff. They deserve special thanks for their excellent work. the lady cleaned our room so nicely.

The hotel does have a policy against bringing outside food or drinks, even water. This seemed somewhat restrictive though two small bottles are provided daily.

The pool area was a total letdown. It seemed creepy. It is located in the basement and felt dark. As a woman, I felt unsafe swimming alone in a dim space with only one male staff member nearby.

My room reeked of smoke, i was promised a non-smoking room!!! the tv remote didn't work, and no one seemed to care to fix it. the noise from the street was constant. Sleep was a joke.
